How to remove a feedback from a purchase

Hi, wanted to confirm how can I remove or change a feedback that I have left for a seller, seller had reach out to me so I wish to change or remove my feedback

You will need to ask the Seller to send you a Feedback Revision form. You can then revise your feedback but not remove it.

I told the seller about that, but he said that he had no option to send the revision so not sure I'd something else could be done

If the Seller is asking you to change your feedback, it is up to the Seller to help you do that. 

Sellers only have five chances a year to get feedback changed. He may have run out of chances.

But only the Seller can help you. I honestly would stop communicating with them.
