How to register for ebay global shipping program?

Hi,

I am seller from India. When I try to login https://www.ebayglobalshipping.com/

I am getting error as " Access Denied

× Error messagePlease email us the name of the eBay account manager, who is assisting you to grow your International Online Business from eBay along with your product line to ops@ebay.com. We will do the needful to process your request."

I already send mail to ops@ebay.com"

As a seller in India, you don't have access to selling/shipping through the Global Shipping Program.

I can access it - it's completely different than Global Shipping here on U.S. ebay.com, so your question is going to confuse responders here.
