I just used the ebay return system to generate a return label for an item I purchased but was not as advertised. However, when I clicked the "Print" button the web page containing the return label, the page closed, and nothing got printed. The return status now indicates my purchase has been refunded.
Since I still have the device and the seller was charged for return shipping, how can I get the return label? I've repeatedly looked at the various links that were provided to me during the purchase and return process, but I can find nothing about where I can access the return label again. Should I just write this off to experience and pay for the shipping myself?
Although I've had an ebay account for years, I placed this particular order as a guest.

@meanoldteacher The seller may have accidentally refunded you before the label was printed. When that happens you can no longer print the label from the return request. The seller will not be charged for the label since it was not used, or if they are charged they will receive a refund for it.
What the seller needs to do now is go to Pirateship.com and buy a return label and send it to you in eBay messages as a JPG ( not PDF) if they want the item back. Some sellers refund without wanting the item back if it's better for their bottom line.
I have been a seller since 2003
