Why can't I find the Terra peake research area when I use ebay.com, NOT the mobile app?

thank you for answering me...I can't find Sellers Hub when accessing the ebay website on my phone (I'm not using the mobile app, I know that does not allow accessing the Sellers Hub. Is there an easy way for me to find the Seller's Hub (on my phone)? I always use it when I'm using my desktop computer and need to, at times, have the mobile option.
