How to get the new photo edit tool

I just saw a Youtube post regarding a new photo edit tool available to ebay sellers.  My photo edit does not have this option.

Do I need to do something to get this option?  It looked pretty unique.

What option are you referring to. Note that some options are different on mobile devices versus on a computer.

I am referring to the newest background tool. I did figure it out, it is only available on the app. I have used it for a few listings.  It would be nice if it was available for PC use.

I do like it.
