I sell and buy on Ebay.
This is about a textbook purchased on 2/12.
Due to be received by 2/28.
Wrote seller multiple times with no response.
Filed 'item not recv'd' case 3/2.
Denied on 3/5 with reason 'Item will be recv'd by 2/28'
Item still not been shipped.
My class is drawing to a close so textbook is becoming irrelevant.
My 'contact seller' button is no longer available.
I can't seem to get through to any live human.
Regretting selling on Ebay right now. I think I need to pull my items and try a new platform. Anyone else had luck with other platforms now that Ebay is too big to deal with individual transactions? OR
Can anyone tell me how get through to Ebay?!

@yorkavenueheather Try eBay on social media. If they can not assist with an appeal then you will need to contact PayPal, your bank or credit card. Do NOT go outside of eBay for help until you talk to the agent. Once you go outside of eBay for a refund eBay legally can no longer assist you.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
