I purchased a pair of shoes, probably in January. Item # 394233500706.
It was never shipped, and I forgot about them.
The system says that item doesn't exist. The seller's page is "not found"
How can I get a refund. Or at least talk to someone? The chat/self help can't find anything so it won't connect me to an agent.

For a refund your payment issuer can hopefully help.
If you used Paypal, try to file a dispute there.
