How to get a louis vuitton authenticated

I need to get several handbags authenticated and cannot seem to find how to do this? My listings were removed.

@stma_196   If eBay removed your listings then you can NOT relist the handbags on eBay.  You will need to find an outside company to authenticate if you are not sure they are authentic before you list them on another site.

This is not correct. I appealed and was able to relist. 
My question was where do I find ebay’s authentication guarantee service link. 
As my bags were flagged in error which upon appeal was proven, I do not wish to run into this again so intend to sell my extensive luxury bag collection with this option. 
It is however, difficult to find this link. 
i assume you do not know the answer to my question?

Hello stma_196,

Sellers are not allowed to either add or remove the Authenticity Guarantee to their listings. eBay will add a handbag to this program if it qualifies. Here is a link with more information:
