My printer does not work and somehow my purchased label went to the print option. Since I have not yet used the label, is there any way I can get that same label into a qr code now, so I can let the post office print it for me? Thanks!

No, you have to void the label you purchased for printing, then create a new label with the QR code.
- Go to Manage shipping labels.
- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
- Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Void shipping label.

Thank you! I was afraid of that. I was combining several items with a buy it now when I purchased the label, and it went straight to the printed label. Do you know if should be able to do that with a qr code?

Did you use the bulk shipping page to combine the items into a single order (click print labels in bulk after selecting purchase label on one item)? I would expect to see the QR code option on that page, but I’ve never used the QR code, so I have never looked for it.

Yes, I think the bulk label page was the only way it was going to let me combine them into one package. I did not see a QR code option. I'm afraid if I void it and try again I will hit the same thing. I hate to, but I will probably go to the library in the morning and see if I can print it off there... Thank you for the reply!
