Long story short, my first encounter with combining shipping went well for the customer. They told me after they purchased and paid for the first item that they wanted another, so I had them by the second item at a discounted price so they didn't have to pay for the shipping on the second item. I then printed the second label and canceled the first. They received both items and everything was fine except now eBay has that option that I canceled the label on on hold because it says it's shipped and they don't have confirmation that it arrived.
I've since learned how to combine shipping but I'd like to be able to fix this one and I can't get a hold of a human being at eBay to explain the situation. What should I do?
