How to export 2021 purchase history to single .csv file?

How to export 2021 purchase history to single .csv file? Images and formatting not needed: only the text summary of the year's purchases.  It appears that there's no automatic way on the website to do it but how might one go about requesting it from eBay, or perhaps there is a recommended third party app? I tried one of the Chrome extensions out there but it didn't work as advertised.

This isn't a csv file, but I was able to copy all of the data from the data report all at once and paste it into a spreadsheet. I had no problem adding totals or other math functions. Go to account settings >> request your eBay data.  It takes about a week to get.
