How to end a listing?

The end your listing link is circular.  Keeps routing me around and around to the same spot.  I mistakenly listed as 10 available, but I only had one.  Sold it awhile back and then a second one sold.  I also need to cancel that transaction and refund the buyer.  Can't make that happen either.

To cancel and refund, go to your sold list and select cancel transaction next to that order.  Then select 'I am out of stock'.

To end the listing, go to your list of active items and select 'end listing' from the actions next to that item.
