How to enable invoices for multi-order purchase

How do I enable listings so that buyers can select multiple items and request an invoice with discounts or combined shipping?

Your buyers can use the ADD TO CART, and when they are done shopping they can click the REQUEST TOTAL.

You can go to  My ebay > Summary > Account > Selling > Shipping preferences > Allow combined payments and shipping
