Why do you want to delete your Unsold items? You can easily relist them within 90 days. Once they are over 90 days, ebay removes them, and you would have to recreate the listing from scratch if you want to try and sell the item again.
Go to Seller Hub > Listings > Unsold
I have a column marked END DATE so I can calculate when I need to relist that item. If you really want to end them, just click the box in front of each listing, click ACTIONS at the top, then click Delete.
