I received negative feedback on an item I sold 8 weeks ago. The buyer puts on the feedback(Ordered wrong item). Buyer never once contacted me or put in for a return for the item. Put in a request to have the negative feedback removed and eBay declined the request.
Any help to get removed??

eBay very recently changed their Feedback Removal policy. Sellers MUST use the Feedback Removal Request form through Seller Hub. When you get to that form, type in "The buyer is raising an issue that was correctly disclosed in the listing."
You can add a very brief comment such as "Buyer ordered wrong item".
There is no need to go into a long explanation or mention they didn't contact you. eBay can see what happened. I cannot promise that will get it removed, but it's worth a shot. Best of luck.
