When you are setting up your fixed price listing [no auctions], just enter the quantity you have available. It is that easy. Instead of entering 1 enter 5 if you have those available.
Also if you state your shipping fee to the buyer make sure you add a number in the shipping area of the listing set up for a second item incase they purchase more than one.
