How to create return shopping label after refund issued?

Hi - 

I refunded a buyer immediately upon receiving a return request. Unfortunately, now the system will not let him print a return shipping label. Is there anyway I can prepay a return label for him other than PayPal shipping?

Since I just zeroed out my PayPal balance, it will take 3-5 days to do it through PayPal shipping.

If you have a credit card registered with Paypal as well as a bank account, when Paypal has 0 in it, you can still print a shipping label.

Happens to me occasionally when I am not expecting to make a refund.

You should have issued the prepaid label, received the item back, and then refund the buyer.
