I have a question on how I can get in touch with an eBay rep. I ordered an item and the seller never shipped it nor responded to any of my messages and ghosted me. I tried following their instructions to report an item hasn’t arrived, but just get sent to a screen that states my item may still be on its way. It’s that last day of the delivery window and only one hour before midnight here. It will clearly not be “arriving” tonight or anytime soon. So now I’m at the point of trying to get in touch with a real agent to get some help on a refund. Thank you for reading my story and hope that someone knows a hidden trick to get a message to eBay support.
