How to communicate wit alive agent?

I need to talk to the agent!!!! There is no chance to make a phone call. What should I do?

Thank you! I know! It was like that before, but the  option “ Have us call you”  is not exist anymore….

I copied and paste the only existing options, you can see yourself. Try it!
