How to charge buyer for reshipping cost?

A buyer paid for shipping.  however, the address was incorrect and usps returned the item to me, the seller.  the buyer says the address is now corrected and agreed to pay for reshipping.  how do i go about charging the buyer for the reshipping cost?  does the buyer have to initial something on his end?

You can ask the buyer for his Paypal email address, log into your Paypal account and use the REQUEST MONEY option.  Make sure to ask for the new address.

Or you can send the buyer your Paypal email address, and the amount due, and ask the buyer to use the SEND MONEY option, and to include the new shipping address.
