How to charge additional shipping when quantity is greater than 1

I have a listing that specifies a quantity available of 10 as an example. I want the shipping cost to be $4.00 when the buyer just buys 1. If the buyer wants more than 1, I want to charge more shipping. Let's say an additional $2.00 per additional quantity. So in this example if the buyer wants 3 of the 10, then the total shipping for the order would be $8.00. I do not get the opportunity to modify or combine anything before the buyer pays. I have "Combined Orders" turned on. All of my listings calculate postage correctly if I only have 1 for sale. No "Quantity Available" selection on listing.

How do I achieve this?

Thanks...

I don't know if you can do it from the quick listing form.  If you switch to the advanced form/business tool, there is a box for 'each additional' when you set flat rate shipping and have a quantity of more than 1.

Once you switch to the advanced form, you can not go back to the quick form.

You could also do this through bulk edit, if you have more than 1 item to change.  You would select the items, then click edit at the top of your active list.  On the bulk edit page, select the items again, then choose domestic shipping from the edit fields.  You should be able to enter your flat rate and the each additional cost there.  Save and close, then submit once you're back on the main edit page.
