How to change to spouses name on account

My wife wants to start selling on eBay, and I have a second account that I set up 2 years ago but never used. I just logged in to it and can’t figure out how to put it in her name. How can I change it to her name (she has a separate bank account she wants to use)?

@cjust6508   You can try and change the registration name on the other account.  It will need to match the checking account, address, and government ID exactly.   As well as provide here SS# on the account. 

Try changing BEFORE you try to link a checking account.  I know you can't change it after it's linked to a checking account.

Log in to the other account and go to the account owner section on this page>
