I sold an autographed 4x6 publicity photo and had selected an eBay standard envelope as the shipping method for it. However, after the item sold, the dimensions of the package are popping up as 12x7x1 (which are too large for an eBay standard envelope). When I click the Edit link next to the Package Details, the details pop up and I am able to type in the correct details (6x9), but there's no button popping up to have me OKAY the change. How can I change this? I don't want to have to run to the post office to buy postage myself, but will obviously do so if there's no other way to change it after the sale is made. Help, and thanks in advance.

@detroithawkeye Try selecting switch to advanced on the upper right of the label page. Then after you edit the package size click anywhere to make the form accept the change.

Thank you! I switched to Advanced and still couldn't change it--but I figured out why: items can only fit into certain categories (mainly trading cards, post cards, and coins) to qualify for eBay standard envelope shipping. My 4x6 photo, even though size-wise it qualifies, disqualifies it from the eBay standard envelope.
I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with? That when I list an item, if I'm missing anything, I always get a notification that the item can't be listed because something is missing (pictures, price, etc.). It would seem to me that eBay should not be able to have me select a shipping method that won't work with the listing category. That needs to be fixed.
