You are not able to change the delivery method after the sale and should not eat the shipping cost. If the buyer chose local pick up, and you needed to ship to them, you need to contact the buyer and let them know they chose local pick up and you can not ship it to them without them paying for the shipping. If they want the item shipped, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping only option for the buyer to repurchase.
Since the buyer chose local pick up they received a pickup QR and digit code to give you when they picked up the item. That code is you proof of delivery. Ask the buyer for the digit code. You can enter it into the APP or on a desktop to have the item show as picked up and you will have proof of delivery so your payment can be released.

If you do not use the APP and need to enter it into the desktop or mobile browser click Confirm Pickup in the drop down menu next to the order on the Awaiting Shipment page (it may sometimes be the top/default option instead) and a screen pops up to enter the 6 digit code that the buyer receives.
If the buyer does not provide the code you will not have proof of delivery. Your funds will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time.
