How to change a non-variable listing to variable listing

I am trying to figure how I can change non-variable listing to variable listing, can someone give me some tips as to how. It is appreciated!

To use the Variations feature, you must start the listing from scratch.  Not all categories support Variations.  Here is a tutorial written by one of our mentors:
