How to cancel order

I bought a large heavy item that does not appear authentic tho seller says it is. She bought it off an auction site and it’s clearly a replica based on the screenshots. I want to cancel the order because it’s not authentic. I do not want her to ship it as it will be a greater headache. She has not responded to my cancellation request. What can I do? I want to cancel the transaction.

The time to change your mind is before you commit to the purchase.  You didn't say whether or not you've already paid for the item.  I guess the only sure way to stop the seller from shipping an item is to not pay for it.  Of course, that most likely would result in your receiving a non-paying buyer Strike ... you have to weigh the action against the consequences.
