How do I cancel an order a set of 4 18inch wheels?

I assume you are the buyer.  Go to your Purchase history.  Locate the item.  Click on CONTACT SELLER and ask nicely to cancel the order.  The seller is not obligated to do so, which is why you need to ask nicely.
