How to bypass eBay’s Al

Does anybody else feel the way I do? I’ve wasted roughly 3 hours between Ebay‘s automated assistant, which doesn’t help at all. I have an item that I need to ship back to a seller. Apparently he paid me back so quick that you can’t see the shipping label anymore. So I spent all the time going through the steps you have to do with Ebay‘s automated assistant to actually get to a human being. Said she was going to email it to me. She attached it to my messages. It looks like I have a number that I can’t open ? I’m back to the same thing. I’m about to make Ebay my second choice because it’s so hard to do anything that you need to return they really fire whoever they bought their automated assistant from higher human beings back

@bubbahd12 If the seller already refunded you then a return label from the eBay system will not work.  This is because the system thinks the seller doesn't want the item back since they issued a refund before receiving it back.

You will need to reach out to the seller and advise them to send a label in eBay messages if they want their item back.  Share the following with the seller>

SELLER >   You unfortunately made a mistake on the refund.  You should approve the return label, get the item back, THEN refund.   By issuing a refund first the buyer can no longer print the eBay label.

If you'd like your item back then you have to go to Pirateship dot com and buy a return shipping label.  Then save it as a JPG ( not PDF)  to send to the buyer in eBay messages.
