How to block a seller

Does anyone know how to block a seller? The idiot won't stop sending me messages. 6 times I've said "STOP CONTACTING ME", still they contact me. 

eBay does zip to protect the buyers anymore. Nearly as bad as craptastic Amazon .

You bought an item from this seller? Blocking won't help. Stop answering is a better response. Blocking helps if you don't want to see their items anymore.
