How to block 0 feedback buyers

I'm having the problem with some buyers with 0 feedback bidding & winning some of my auctions and not paying. When I block them they use new ID's with 0 feedback. How can I block bidders with 0 feedback so they won't continue messing my auctions?

Sorry, you can't.  eBay used to provide that ability at  https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements  but they removed it.  The best solution to the problem you describe would be to list your items as Buy It Now with Immediate Payment Required.  

Go ahead and set your Buyer Requirements at that page I linked.  None of them is what you want to do, but the remaining ones are good.
