How to become Top Rated Plus Seller

Hello,

I am trying to become a top rated plus seller but for some reason i am just top rated. I currently have 555 active listings, all with 30 days returns and 1 day handling time. Is there something i need to change?

I do have 5 auctions going right now, with $10 shipping that end in a few days. Those have a 14 day return period, since i am unable to change that. is that the issue?

My defect, shipping, and return rate are all top rated plus qualifying. If anyone has any info that would be great!!
