How to add an image to your seller profile

I follow instructions and keep getting stuck in a loop.

Use a desktop browser, start from your profile page and use the "About" tab to get here:

From there, use the "edit profile" link on the right and then click on the pencil icon that appears over your image placeholder. Be sure to use the blue "save" button on the right when you are done.

What is an image placeholder -- tried clicking everywhere I could think of - no help.

The image placeholder is the icon in the upper left of your profile where your image goes -- in your case your placeholder looks like a couple of Polaroid pictures, one on top of the other.

Once you click on the "edit profile" link, a little blue pencil icon should appear in the corner of your picture placeholder on the other side of the page.
