I have never heard of an "Engage Buyer" column. When I need to contact a buyer, I locate the order, click the down-arrow, and click CONTACT BUYER.
FOUND IT! My "Engage Buyer" is on the far right when I went to Orders > All transactions It's the column that shows if feedback has been received/sent. You may have your screen too enlarged. Press the CTRL key along with the MINUS key several times and see if that helps to see the column.
