How to Win Friends, with your help- performance level

Hi everyone, I have a question(s) I'm hoping I can get help with. My performance level is Below Standard again and I really need to understand how to get it up. 

my backend story,

I resell items and only have one to sell, which a lot of people do I know, but a few months ago I had some of my inventory listings set as they would automatically relist, this caused me to not have items that had sold.

This caused my performance level to drop, I fixed that.

Now I'm wondering why my transactions don't change it has stayed the same for six months. 

My question is, How do I get my transactions up?

I've had sales but it stays the same. 

Any help out there?

@geore_orcut   So it sounds like you fixed the Out of Stock setting ... it may take time to dig out of the Below Standard level as you may be limited in how much you can list moving forward.  It comes down to selling what you have so possibly dropping prices might help.  You have sold a number of items in February so that's a good thing.
