How to Get Copy of Listing

https://www.ebay.com/itm/296231285201

I purchased what I thought was a new tub for $4,300.00 - it ended up being one that was used and was installed previously - since we didn't report the condition within 30 days because we needed several people to lift the item - Ebay is refusing to help.  How can you get a copy of the listing as it appeared at the time of purchase for use in the legal proceedings that we are preparing for?

If it’s been more than 90 days, it will no longer be in eBay’s servers.

Who are you planning legal proceedings against?  You CANNOT sue eBay.  When you agreed to the legally binding user agreement on eBay, you agreed to NO suing them, that any disputes would be settled through arbitration.

If it’s been less than 6 months, the simplest thing to do would be to open an item not as described case with PayPal (if you used them), or your credit card/bank.
