How to Exchange item

I need to exchange an item rather than doing a refund.  What is the process to do this?  How to talk to an Ebay agent?????

eBay doesn't sell anything, so an agent will not help you.  You need to contact your seller.  Ask this question.  It is quite possible that they will tell you to return for a refund and then repurchase another size (or whatever it is that is the problem).
