We are trying to add additional users to help manage our eBay account. In Account Settings\Account Preferences\ Permissions\ there is a list of authorized users and an Add A User button. I clicked that, filled out the new user info and sent an invitation. My employee received the invitation and set up a new account, enabling 2FA and verifying everything.
However, my employee cannot see any of our listings - just a blank dashboard.
Returning to Permissions, it says Invitation Pending. Even though my employee has accepted the invitation.
I did this yesterday with a different employee and different email. I was on a call with an eBay agent for an hour with no resolution - in fact they appeared not to understand the problem.
Does anyone know how to give my employee access to help manage our listings?
