Issue with an error ebay made and have been trying to resolve for two weeks. Called countless times requesting a supervisor and the rep always says none are available now but they will call within next day. They don’t.
I have used the chat function as well as sent an email. Nothing.
I am so frustrated.
Any one know how to actually get something resolved on here?

Customer Service is open 5:00am to 9:30pm Pacific time. The reps are working from home, since the pandemic, so I can understand the delay in getting a supervisor to call you back.
