I’m going to purchase Coffee set from Tiffany, the item priced for $50K how can i avoid the fraud? Seller says that his item is authentic, isn’t supposed to have certificate of authenticity?Thanx in advance for information.

While most eBay sellers are honest, not all of them know their products as well as they should. If the seller has a long history of selling similar items, they probably do know their products. I would not rely on any "certificate", as anyone can print paper these days. Instead, it should be formally appraised by someone you can trust.
And while this seller does not accept returns, a buyer will still have up to 30 days to open a "not as described" return if the item does not match the description. Which means if the item is taken to an appraiser, there is still the opportunity to return the item within 30 days if it is not authentic. Please read the policy here:
