Hello. I recently had a buyer send back an order for a refund. I never had money deposited into my bank account. So when it was refunded, the money was issued from my bank account and I don’t understand why. Shouldn’t it have been issued mainly from the “available funds” that were never deposited it, but still existing here on eBay? Any help is appreciated. thanks
