How long does negative feedback stay on file?

Does anyone know if eBay still automatically removes negative feedback at or after 1 year?  I have one out there well over a year old that didn't fall off.  That used to be their policy, but it hasn't happened and I'm not getting any help when I talk to customer support.

The negative feedbacks are never removed, they age off the feedback % after 12 months.

Your feedback shows 2 negative in the last 12 months, but your % only calculates one:

• The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
• Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.
• Positives / (Positives + Negatives)
• This member's 12 month Feedback ratings
• Positives: 572 Negatives: 1
• This member's positive Feedback percentage
• 572 / ( 572 + 1 ) = 99.8%
