If the listing states that returns are accepted, you have 30 days from the date you receive the item in which to file a Returns Request. There are some categories where the return window is 14 days. If the seller has a no returns policy, it is trumped by ebay's Money Back Guarantee if the item never arrives or if it does arrive but it is not as described.
