How long do i have to request a return?

After receiving an item, how long do I have to request a return? The seller is communicating with me about an item I received that was incomplete. He promised to ship the missing component. Two weeks has passed but nothing seems to be happening. I don't want to miss my opportunity to request a return by waiting too long.

You have 30 days from date of receipt of the item to file a Returns Request for Item not as described.
