E-bay policy: You are eligible for 5 feedback revision requests per 1,000 feedback received in the past 12 months.

So if you are just a little home seller like me, you are SOL for revisions. I get 17-36 a month. How is fair to all sellers?

If you are getting 17-36 neutral/negative feedbacks a month where you want to ask for a Feedback Revision Request, you need to look at your metrics and see what needs improving.  Are your buyers disappointed in the items they are receiving because it is not as described?  Then you need to take photos of any areas that are damaged/cracked/ broken and describe it in the listing.  Are your buyers receiving the items past the estimated delivery date?  Maybe you need to change your handling time if you cannot ship on time.

I just now looked at your feedback, and it shows 0 revisions.  You have only received 1 neg feedback in the past year.
