I put up a graphics card for auction. For some reason the product has just one 1* review which doesn't look good. But the same exact graphics card has a high rating on another listing.

Hi @sat1600
I get why this is confusing I look at the both listings see my screenshot
Product ratings on eBay are tied to the eBay catalog not individual listings That means when you list an item eBay may automatically attach existing ratings and reviews from other buyers who purchased the same product in the past
If the wrong rating appears like a single onestar review it could be because your listing is linked to a product in eBay’s catalog that has negative reviews Another listing with the same graphics card but a high rating is likely connected to a different product entry in eBay’s catalog that has better reviews
What You Can Do
Check if your listing is using the correct product catalog entry
Go to your listing and see if eBay has automatically linked it to a specific product
If possible try removing or changing the product association to one with more accurate ratings
Manually adjust your listing
I noticed that on your listing you did not include a UPC or model number which might have caused eBay to link it incorrectly to a lowerrated product in the catalog On the link of the listing you provided I can verify that the other seller used UPC MPN and EAN as well as ePID This likely helped their listing get associated with the correct product entry and display the correct ratings
Always fill in as many details as possible in your listings Go to your active listings here and check the Item specifics recommendations next to each item Filling them out completely will help your item get discovered more easily and linked to the correct product data
Hope this helps clarify things

The product rating is linked to the eBay Product ID or manufacturer's part number from similar listings.

Thanks, I ended the listing. There weren't any bids yet. I'm. Going to click on sell similar on the one with the high rating.
