How does a buyer return a refund?

I shipped an order, 18-12851-47065, the buyer, riverbill1, after about 10-12 days asked for a refund as he believed his purchase was lost in the mail.  he waited 3 days more as I asked him to be more certain it was not coming.  Monday 4/14 I refunded his money as it still did not come.  However it was delivered 4/15.  He wants to keep the item and wants to know how to send the money back to us.  None of the listed topics seems to cover this.  Can you help me with this?  Xtrac-84

Once the refund was made the purchase is closed by eBay and they will not be able to help the buyer to pay you.  Most sellers will either use PayPal to get refunded or something like Venmo.
