How do you know if a seller is legit?

I ordered an item and said it was delivered and it wasn’t because I have a ring camera. Turns out it was a scam from China. How do I know it won’t happen again?

The best way is not to purchase anything from China.  There is no way to really know about a seller other than to read the sellers feedback profile.  Also, check the listing for the estimated delivery date since a long delivery time frame will indicate the item may be coming from a long distance.
