How do you end a listing that the item is no longer available

How do you end an auction listing that is no longer available and eBay is not responding to help request?

You go to your list of active listings (e.g. Seller Hub, My eBay: Selling) and for the listing in question you click on More Actions and select to end the listing.   

Note that for an auction listing there are restrictions and fees for doing so if there has ever been a bid.
