If you are using a desktop browser, go to your cart and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Saved For Later items. Each item should have a "remove" link. If you do not see that, try another browser.
If you are using the eBay app, you can add a "Saved For Later" item to your cart by swiping right; to delete the item, swipe left.
