It started when I couldn't remember my password, so I followed the directions, but the Security codes were sent to my NON-DIGITAL LAND land line! I had the assistance of an Agent who was wonderful. She helped me get the password changed, but then said I could get the updates done under My Account. While I was doing this last step, the battery was dying on my computer and at the same time, I was being asked for a new security code (which I hadn't yet received) to verify the changes. Therefore, since all the changes had not been verified, ALL had been lost! I was back to square one and I could not even log in again because I had to start over and security codes were sent to my non-digital LAND line again! Spoke with another agent via chat who signed off while I was explaining the problem. Guess I was taking too long. I can do nothing without live person service!

You should be able to reset your password by text or email.
